We are excited to welcome you as part of the Crew at
Waypoint's Holiday Club.
Holiday Club offers children the opportunity to get to know the Lord and to serve Him with their life.
This is a fantastic week full of adventure and a safe place to make new friends.
As a Crew Member, you have the unique opportunity to assist in creating this unique and exciting environment
in which kids can get to know God and grow in their relationship with Him.
Every child will be placed in a small group, with a high school learner or student as a small group leader. The leader will be responsible
for the care of the children in their group.
In addition to small group leaders, we have amazing adult volunteers (Crew) that will help to supervise and facilitate the program and activities.
In order for you to be part of the Crew, you need to:
Step 1: Sign-up
Step 2: Pay R300 (it includes your T-Shirt, coffee and break time snacks)
Step 3: Attend the following training dates: 21 June at 10:00 - 12:00 and 1 July at 18:00 - 20:00.

Crew Training – There will be 2 training sessions covering practical tips and expatiations, helping you to make this,
the best possible Holiday Club experience for everyone. This session is compulsory, it is important to
make sure that we have the same foundation and will be to your benefit.

Décor week – During this week we will work hard but also have a lot of fun preparing and setting up for Holiday Club.

Night of Worship – Come fill you cup!

Holiday Club daily - You will receive a snack to match the theme of the day and during break we will
supply sandwiches, cookies/biscuits and cool drink to all kids and leaders.
Please bring 3 packets of cookies or biscuits for the week to share.

Games Night – Get to know your fellow leaders over some games and coffee.
Monday, 7 July at 18:00 - 20:00
Show and Tell Evening - Let us Show and Tell you what we were up to! Dress code - Adventure!

Closing celebration – Let’s celebrate the lives that has been change! Dress code – smart casual (Put on your dancing shoes).
